Trim size around your door For existing openings: you’ll need an external header For new openings: plan to include an external header Slab Doors Only Slab thickness (1-3/8”, 1-3/4”, or custom) Do you need beveled edges? Should we pre-drill bore holes for hardware, or leave it blank? Do you want the slab made to exact finished size, or will you trim to fit? Does your existing jamb/frame accept a new slab without issues? Pre-Hung Door Systems Rough opening size (to build frame correctly) Single or double door? Include casing/trim or just jamb and door?
