Step 2: Quote and Design Process

3-7 days

We provide detailed estimates and, for complex pieces, create custom drawings to ensure your vision is perfectly captured.

For complex pieces, we create detailed drawings with three renderings ($400, credited to final invoice)

Formal quote provided upon design approval

50% deposit required to secure your place in our build queue

Our quotes are valid for 30 days. After that, we may need to adjust pricing based on current material costs, but we'll always communicate any changes upfront.
For complex designs/builds, the $400 drawing package includes up to three dimensioned shop drawings (key views, materials, and specs). When you place your order, we apply the full $400 as a credit to your invoice.
Yes, we include minor revisions in our design process. Significant changes may require additional drawing time, which we'll discuss with you first.

4-12 weeks

Local deliveries (≈50 miles) are handled by our team with setup included. Please tell us about stairs or tight access so we can plan the right crew.
Yes for local deliveries and for nationwide white‑glove service: our team brings your piece inside, places it in the room, and completes any light assembly required (for example, attaching legs or tops). For curbside deliveries, in‑room placement and assembly aren’t included; basic instructions are provided and we can recommend local help if desired.
Please inspect at delivery and note any visible issues on the paperwork; take photos and contact us within 48 hours. All shipments are insured— we coordinate any necessary repair or replacement and handle the claim process for you.
